TRANSPORATION:
The hotel has a shuttle service if you fly into Oakland. Do not fly into San Francisco as the traffic between SF Airport and Oakland is very bad and it is quite a long distance.

MEALS:
Breakfast:
The Executive Inn offers a continental style breakfast to its patrons.  Check with the front desk for breakfast hours.  Breakfast is also available at the Coast Guard Galley.

Lunch: Lunch will be available at the galley or at the Subway sandwich shop (in the Coast Guard Exchange building).

Dinner: The Coast Guard Galley and probably one group dinner at a local restaurant.

Class to be held in Yeaton Hall, Room 114, Wed-Thur, 19-20 May 2010 from 0800 – 1700,

TRANSPORTATION:
Do not book flights leaving prior to 1500 to allow sufficient time to get to the Providence Airport and go through security.

Important Travel Message:

Travel arrangements should be made through a government contracted Travel agency.  Failure to use a government contracted travel agency will result in the traveler assuming all liability for costs due to changes and cancellation in orders.  Your DIRAUX can provide information on the government contracted travel agency for your region.  A recommended government contracted national travel agency is SATO (800 753-7286).  If you use SATO, you will need to provide SATO with the Travel Orders Number (TONO) found on your orders to book your travel.
