St. Louis Task List:

Course Dates:

• Items to Verify or Questions to be answer for the Alameda AUX-10 Class:
  1.  Verify each student will have a user name and password for the weekend of training.
  2.  Verify each student will have the ability to copy all work during all training sessions to a writeable CD.
  3.  Verify all SWS-III have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.

• Logistics:
  1.  Lodging: Setup a block of rooms in one of the barracks or in one of the local motels.
  2.  Transportation: Reserve two 12 passenger vans
  3.  Restaurant: Make reservations for a group dinner and see if the restaurant will issue separate checks.
  5.  Recommend all use the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport (STL).

• Arriving at the District Office
  1.  Be sure to have your current Auxiliary ID card and if driving, have the vehicle registration and Proof of insurance available.

• Buy list:
  1.  Student binders.  Items on the Material Need list.
  2.  CD-Rs and other items for the class.   Items on the Material Need list.
