Items to Verify or
Questions to be answer for the Academy AUX-10 Class: 1. Verify each student will have
a user name and password for the weekend of training. 2. Verify each student will have
the ability to copy all work during all training sessions to a writeable CD. 3. Verify all SWS-III have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Lodging at or around the Academy
1. Students, two per room?
Lodging of the Academy grounds?
2. Instructors and staff, one per room
Transportation/Meals 1. We'll need two 12 passenger vans for the duration.
2. Recommend restaurants in the area.
Arriving at the Academy
1. Be sure to have your
current Auxiliary ID card and if driving, have the vehicle registration and
Proof of insurance available.
